Prices

Indoor Spaces:

Spaces are approx. 8' x 10'. You are required to have a Washington State Master Business License (253)382-2000 3315 S. 23rd St. Suite 300, Tacoma. (Homestreet Bank Building) and a City of Lakewood Business License (Lakewood Town Center) (253) 512-2261. You are required to be in your booth and open during business hours. Indoor spaces are rented by the month only.

Full Time (Tue-Sun):		$245 per month / per space, minimum $295 per month for a corner only space, minimum
Weekends (Sat & Sun):		$170 per month / per space, minimum $220 per month for a corner only space, minimum

Outdoor Spaces:

Tue-Fri Street Fair:		$15 per space
Sat-Sun Swap Meet:		$21 per approx. 18' x 20' space (one vehicle per selling space)
		$16 per fence space approx. 8' x 10' (all fence spaces are covered and one table is included. You may not park a vehicle in the space but can pull up to load and unload.)
		$3.00 per day / per table

• All prepaid spaces are held until 7:30 AM. After 7:30 AM we reserve the right to resell the space. If you will be in later than 7:30 AM you must notify the office. No guarantee after 8:00 AM.
• We accept cash only.
• Each seller must fill out a Daily Tax Report and declare the total gross sales to the front office at the end of each selling day.
• There is to be no trash left in your space! If we find trash left in your space, you will be charged a minimum $25 dumping fee and will not be allowed to sell until the fee is paid!

Reservation Policy

Reservations are as follows:

In order to reserve a specific space, vendors pay a monthly reserve fee which holds that space until 7:30 AM the day they are selling. The cost of the space is separate from the reserve fee. You may also purchase a monthly permit which pays for the space rental as well as the reserve fee. Either allows the seller to have that space for one calendar month. Reserves must be paid for by the 27th of the month. If they have not been paid by the 27th, they will be placed back up for rent on the 28th.

Reserve Fees:

Daily		$15 per space / per day (Saturday, or Sunday, or Tuesday-Friday Street Fair) Note: this fee only insures that your space will be held until 7:30 AM the morning of the selling day. It does not include the space rental.
Monthly		$167 Monthly Permit (Reserves and pays for your space for the month) Note: this fee only insures that your space will be held until 7:30 AM the morning of the selling day.

Rules & Regulations

• Rental of spaces is approved for purchaser only. Reselling of spaces is not permitted.
• No animals are allowed on Swap Meet property, with the exception of on duty service animals.
• NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES of any kind are to be sold with the exception of produce or canned foods.
• Each seller is required to clean his/her space at the end of hte day. Everything that you bring with you MUST go home with you. We are not a dumping facility and will charnge a $25 fee to those who leave any trash behind in their space.
• All vehicles must be parked in your assigned spaces: Only one vehicle per space is allowed. All others must park in the parking area.
• Each seller must set up within the boundaries of their own selling space without protruding into the adjacent space or into the walkway/driveways.
• All unclaimed reserve spaces will be sold after 7:30 AM.
• Seller helpers will be charged the admission price if they do not arrive with the seller.
• The Star Lite fully supports the efforts of the Law Enforcement agencies to prevent the sale of stolen/counterfeit merchandise/pro;erty. Police will be invited to investigate all supsicious activities.
• NO REFUNDS OR RAIN CHECKS WILL BE ISSUED.

Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
